Absolutely, if you’re moving into GLE, you and your furry friends are invited to a “pet interview” before they move in with you. Pets are welcome in our west building, at up to 2 per unit and a 60 lbs maximum and you must receive approval from the Building Manager.

GLE offers secured, heated underground parking for resident vehicles, surface parking for visitors, and bike storage on the first level of the building. A parking stall can be added to your suite for an additional monthly fee.

The security deposit is 1 month rent, or $500 for seniors and First Responders (valid ID is required). 

Your minimum rent period is typically 12 months.

Leases are only available for the year or longer. 

Water and heat are included in your rent at GLE. Electricity is paid separately.

Yes, you will need tenant insurance.
